28. Jun and Alfa University Complete Humanitarian Project in Kragujevac

28. Jun in partnership with Alfa University completed their humanitarian project to equip impoverished Serbian areas with computers with a delivery of 4 desktops to the ‘Retirement Center Kragujevac’. Dr. Vesna Randjelovic, Director of the center, toured the facilities with 28. Jun Coordinator Andjelka Popov who commented; “the visit was a great experience and the recipients were excited for their computer lab, I was happy to help out the grandmothers and grandfathers, I felt as if I helped my own.”

The project, which kicked off in Spring, focused on Central and Southern Serbia with previous deliveries being made to Elementary School ‘Braca Aksic’ in the village of Staro Gracko, Kosovo and Metohija, Elementary School ‘Zivko Tomic’ in the village of Shatornja near Topola and the Cultural Center in Leskovac. 20 computers and laptops with flat-screen monitors were donated in total.
